Holy Crap Cereal

Puttering around I happened to catch an episode of Dragon's Den on TV. I tuned in when I realized one of the Dragons wanted to buy into the Company, which is usually pretty rare. Later they called it the biggest success story in the history of Dragons Den.  Holy Crap is a wheat free, gluten fee, lactose free cereal made on the Sunshine Coast in B.C. The funny thing is it wasn't called Holy Crap until customers who purchased the cereal starting giving there feedback to the Company saying "Holy Crap ... this is amazing". The cereal has many health benefits and nutrients but the one thing that caught my attention is that the cereal actually serves a purpose in providing your body with fuel. 2 tbsp's of this product keeps your body satisfied without the bloating feeling you get from eating other breakfast foods.

A Few Fav's

My Birthday was May 25 and I was one lucky girl. My Boyfriend's Mom bought me my first pair of Tom's shoes which I am sure I will acquire in many colours. They are ridiculously comfortable and can be worn anywhere. The best thing about these shoes is if you purchase a pair, Tom's will donate a pair of shoes to a child in need. Now you have no excuse except to go out and by a pair! One thing I feel I must share with the world is Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap. I was introduced to it years ago by my boyfriend's family. No word of a lie this soap gives you a tingle once your done showering and drying off, everytime it manages to surprise me. A tip is to pour a small amount of the soap into an empty bottle and add water. A 32 oz bottle will last up to 6 months this way. The lip chap is my newest go to and its super cheap. Lets be honest .... how many times have you lost your lip chap, lipstick, or lip gloss? Now no guilt and no shame this one is only a couple bucks! My J Brand jean leggings just arrived and no word of lie they are the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever woren. For a light colour they are super flattering and perfect for Summer nights ahead.
